We operate 8 Help Desks in the Vhembe region, located at local clinics and open during standard business hours. Our help desks focus on community awareness around how to recognise sexual abuse, domestic violence, and child abuse. Our advisors make people aware of their rights, and provide information on how and where to access resources in their communities through informal dialogues, client appointments, and printed materials.

Our Challanges
Originally we had 15 Help Desks, but due to funding constraints, we had to reduce that number to 8. Because we do not receive core funding, we pay the remaining Help Desk staff directly out of our admin budget.
